How to analyze data using SPSS (part-4), how to sort data in SPSS



Sorting data in spss: If we want to sort data in ascending or descending order, then we have to go to the "menu bar" and click on "data" and select "sort cases" .



Now a box is open named "sort cases" and select the target variable which we want to sort then select the sorting order(ascending or descending) and click "ok" .
For example: we select the "id(identity number of the student)" and sort the variable into "ascending order"
